2 JunMIBA Office Closed during Nationwide Lockdown From 1 June 2021 Onwards
The Government had on 28 May 2021 announced that a full movement control order (FMCO) will be implemented nationwide from 1 June 2021 onwards due to escalating cases of Covid-19 infections in Malaysia. During this period, all economic sectors are not allowed to operate with the exception of essential economic and service sectors.
In compliance with the directive, MIBA’s office will be closed throughout the duration. However, the Secretariat will continue to operate remotely and can be contacted at secretariat@miba.com.my
We will monitor the development and further announcements from the Government, relevant authorities and financial regulators and keep Members informed accordingly.
